ERM Maturity Benchmark
Ten dimensions, each weighted by the strength of your evidence.
What it produces
- Evidence-adjusted score
- Capability profile
- Peer comparison once eight runs are saved
- 30/60/90 roadmap
Five working instruments for risk work: a maturity benchmark, a risk register, a business impact analysis, an assurance map and a training needs analysis. Each one calculates as you enter your figures.
Each tool works in your browser and keeps its working copy there. Nothing is sent to Pinebridge until you save a run.
8 to 12 minutes
Ten dimensions, each weighted by the strength of your evidence.
What it produces
Open-ended
A working register with a five-by-five heat map and Monte Carlo quantification.
What it produces
20 to 40 minutes
Recovery objectives, dependencies, and the conflicts between them.
What it produces
15 to 30 minutes
Assurance mapped across the three lines, with a risk-based audit plan.
What it produces
10 to 20 minutes
Turn a competency gap into a costed curriculum.
What it produces
The peer percentile of the ERM Maturity Benchmark is shown once eight organisations have saved a run and agreed to be counted.
Where your figures are, and who can see them.
A tool keeps its working copy in the browser you are using, so closing the page loses nothing. Reset, or clearing the browser’s data, removes it.
Saving sends the run to Pinebridge and gives it its own link. Anyone holding the link can open the run and its report, but not the name, email or phone of whoever saved it.
Sign in before you save, or create a workspace as you save, and the run is kept with your other runs.
Every tool prints its results and exports its figures as a CSV file. A saved run also has a report set out for A4.
A run of a tool is a baseline from what one person can recall in a sitting. A Pinebridge maturity assessment adds interviews, surveys and document reviews, measured against a recognised ERM maturity model, and ends in a roadmap.
