To be a respected Risk Management Consultancy, by empowering organisations with tailor-made strategies that drive growth, ensure resilience, and maximise profitability.
FoRM gives a grounding in the theory and practice of enterprise risk management, in line with ISO 31000. Frameworks are aligned with COSO and ISO 31000.
The firm is approved to deliver the Fundamentals of Risk Management (FoRM) programme for East Africa.
FoRM is a qualification developed and certified by the Institute of Risk Management in the United Kingdom and delivered through licensed providers. The firm has, so far, delivered FoRM enhanced sessions in Risk-based Internal Audit and Supply Chain Management.
