Overview

About This Programme

Managing risk is an essential component of organisational success. FoRM provides a solid grounding in the theory and practice of enterprise risk management in line with international standards (ISO 31000) and industry best practice. The course equips professionals with the knowledge and tools to integrate risk into strategy, decision-making, and performance management.

FoRM is delivered in a dynamic and interactive learning environment using case studies, simulations, current affairs analysis, and facilitated discussions. Participants gain insights from experienced trainers with deep industry backgrounds, and complete a short knowledge check to consolidate learning at the end of the program.
