Training Needs Analysis
Rate each group of staff against twelve risk competencies. The role sets the level a group needs, and the tool shows the gaps, the Pinebridge programmes that close them and an indicative budget.
Before You Start
- Add a group: its name, its role and how many people are in it.
- Rate where the group is now on each competency: 0 none, 1 aware, 2 applied, 3 skilled, 4 expert.
- Read the gaps, then the programmes that close them. The costs are planning figures, not a quotation.
- Produces
- A map of gaps by group, a ranked list of programmes, an indicative budget and a CSV file.

Each figure is the number of levels a group is short of what its role needs. Choose a group’s name to change its ratings.

Public Schedule Or In-House
The same programmes costed two ways: a place for each delegate on the public schedule, or cohorts run for your organisation alone.
These are planning figures, before VAT. A public place is taken at KES 75,000 a delegate, within the range of the 2026 calendar (KES 70,000 to 95,000 + VAT). The in-house figure, KES 480,000 for one cohort, is a placeholder so that the two routes can be compared. Pinebridge quotes in-house training on its scope.
